Recycling

The KNIELE recycling system enables an environmentally friendly and sustainable processing of residual concrete and washing water. This helps to create a closed water cycle and/or economically dispose of excess concrete and water.

A hydraulically operated press is used for further dewatering of cement sludge. The produced filter cakes with a very high dry substance content reduce the landfill costs.

Alkaline waste water can also be treated and pH-neutralised with a neutralisation plant using CO2.
